As with all front-line services eHealth are dealing with unprecedented demand on service delivery and firmly focussed on supporting critical services. To this end IT Service Desk tickets are being prioritised and this may result in your ticket, with lesser impact, not being handled immediately. To help ensure services are delivered efficiently please log a ticket with the IT Service Desk and please do not contact individuals directly as they will be working strictly to prioritised tasks.
Please also note that IT support staff will not be performing deskside or site visits unless absolutely necessary. As per below we will be looking at NHSG staff to present themselves to IM&T reception for the drop-off/collect service.
