All staff are required to be inducted to their workplace.
The principle agreed by our Systems Leadership Team is that all new starts must complete Corporate Induction before they start work, including the required statutory and mandatory learning to ensure they are safe from day one in the workplace.
A revised process will be effective from Monday 30 March 2020.
New starts will report to their manager on their first day of work and receive their induction in the workplace.
Managers will sent written instructions and logins for each new start.
The induction will consist of five parts –
- Part 1 Access to computers
- Part 2 Access to email
- Part 3 Access to statutory and mandatory training via Turas Learn
- Part 4 Important department presentations
- Part 5 Departmental induction and discussion with your manager
New Staff who have already received invitations to face to face corporate induction events event in the coming weeks will be notified by Learning and Development. Manager queries should be directed to Gramfirstname.lastname@example.org
